West Africa Squadron Memorial Fund
We are delighted to be supporting the campaign build the UK’s first memorial to the West Africa Squadron in Portsmouth. This Royal Navy fleet worked tirelessly to end the trans-Atlantic between 1807 - 1867, seizing over 1600 slave ships and freeing 150,000 men, women and children who were destined for a life of slavery in North America or Brazil. Full Circle
Full Circle is the working title of an attempt to complete the fastest ever circumnavigation of the globe in a powerboat for the much coveted UIM World Record. The team will use the latest technological advances to make sure the voyage is also the most sustainable record attempt by utilising a new generation of emulsified hydrogen enriched fuels, that dramatically cuts emissions, while reducing costs. Free for good
We are delighted to be supporting Free for good - A new campaign that is urging the Government to “stop stalling” on measures to help modern day slavery victims.
The Campaign, wants the Government to support legislation that will guarantee accommodation, financial and other support to slavery victims for up to 12 months, instead of the current limit of just two weeks after the decision confirming that they have been exploited.
Free for good is supported by the Chairman of the Work & Pensions Select Committee, Labour’s Frank Field, the former Conservative shadow health minister Lord McColl and a dozen anti-slavery and anti-trafficking charities and groups. Read more.

Defend Free Speech (DFS) is a cross party campaign that brings together people from all walks of life. DFS champions the importance freedom of speech and expression and campaigns against threats to this important and ancient right.
